On a January afternoon in New Orleans in 1998, I carefully positioned my ALA program across my chest to partially cover my conference badge. I recently read a blog post by marketing strategist Mike Gospe that addresses these points. He emphasizes strong internal communications to ensure your marketing plan gets off the ground and is adopted by co-workers.
